Jean-Paul Industries and InfoTilt Introduce Vestoris, AI-Powered Portfolio and Order Management

Jean-Paul Industries, LLC, through its collaboration with InfoTilt, Inc., introduces Vestoris, an AI-powered portfolio and order management system delivered as software as a service. Vestoris brings portfolio management, order management, compliance and user entitlements together in one platform, with artificial intelligence built in throughout.

AI connects and explains. Rules decide.

Vestoris rests on one principle: artificial intelligence connects, accelerates and explains, while deterministic rules decide. AI proposes trades, drafts compliance rules, explains rejections and spots anomalies. Hard-coded logic enforces entitlements and compliance, and it is the only thing that can create or execute an order.

In traditional systems, a portfolio manager states an idea, a trader rebuilds it as orders, and compliance learns why an order failed only from an error code. Vestoris keeps the dependable rules but puts AI between the steps. A request in plain English becomes a proposal, and a failed check comes back with the reason and a version of the order that would pass.

Four components in one platform

  • Portfolio management. Accounts, cash, positions, tax lots, model portfolios, drift and a rebalancing optimizer. AI explains each rebalance in plain English and turns requests such as "trim tech 5% without realizing gains over $10k" into optimizer settings, with live alerts on concentration and correlation.
  • Order management. Block orders and allocations with TWAP and VWAP slicing. AI chooses the algorithm and slice size from past fill quality, ranks execution quality and flags stuck or duplicate orders with a suggested fix.
  • Compliance. Rules stored as code, pre-trade checks, a restricted list and post-trade surveillance. AI drafts new rules from plain English for a person to approve, explains failed checks and writes audit narratives.
  • User entitlements. Roles and per-account permissions to view, propose, trade and approve, checked on every action. AI suggests least-privilege roles, flags unusual access and drafts periodic access reviews.

All four components write to one shared event log, which gives each firm a single audit trail. A single copilot answers questions from portfolio managers, traders and compliance staff in plain language, and each person sees only what their permissions allow. AI also combines signals that no single component would catch, such as an unusual user, an unusual order size and a position near its limit, into one alert.

Guardrails built in from day one

  • AI never bypasses a hard limit. AI output is only ever a proposal or text. Every path that creates or executes an order re-runs the entitlement and compliance checks itself.
  • A person approves anything above a threshold. Each firm sets its own thresholds, and every AI-drafted compliance rule needs a compliance officer's approval before it takes effect.
  • Every AI interaction is recorded with its inputs, outputs, model, timing and user.
  • Works without AI. If the AI service is unavailable, every function still works manually.

Each firm's data is kept separate, and no data crosses between firms.

An interactive demo

Vestoris will be shown through an interactive demo at vestoris.com. With one click and no sign-up, each visitor gets a private sandbox firm with sample accounts, models, rules, users and orders. A role switcher shows the platform as a portfolio manager, trader, compliance officer or administrator would see it, and a guided tour walks through a plain-English rebalance, a compliance failure with the AI's explanation, the copilot, an anomaly alert and the audit trail. Firms that want a closer look can request a demo.

The first version uses paper trading only, with simulated prices and fills, no broker connection and no real money. It covers US stocks and ETFs. Connections to real market data and, later, to a broker partner are planned as next steps.

Vestoris is not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser and does not provide investment advice.
