These Terms of Use and Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.jpindustries.com (the "Site"), operated by Jean-Paul Industries, LLC ("Jean-Paul Industries," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Jean-Paul Industries name, the JPI logo and "setting the pace of things to come" are trademarks of Jean-Paul Industries, LLC. Other names and marks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the inquiry form. Unless we have a written agreement with you, information you send us is not treated as confidential, and we may use ideas or suggestions you provide without obligation to you. 8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JEAN-PAUL INDUSTRIES AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jean-Paul Industries and its members, officers, employees, affiliates and partners from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The effective date above shows when the Terms were last updated, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
