Jean-Paul Industries and InfoTilt Introduce PhotonMagnet, AI-Assisted Medical Imaging Review
Jean-Paul Industries, LLC, through its collaboration with InfoTilt, Inc., has released a public demonstration of PhotonMagnet.com. PhotonMagnet uses artificial intelligence to read medical images together with the patient's history, then produces a structured report for the clinician and a plain-language summary for the patient.
Most imaging software looks at the pictures alone. PhotonMagnet reads the study alongside the patient's history, lab results and prior reports, so the draft it produces reflects the whole clinical picture and gives clinicians a second read with the regions of interest flagged.
What PhotonMagnet does
- Many kinds of imaging. X-ray, CT, MRI, PET, ultrasound, mammography and nuclear medicine. It accepts DICOM studies, including multi-frame files, as well as JPEG, PNG and PDF.
- A report for the clinician. A structured, radiology-style draft with history, technique, comparison, findings, impression and recommendations, plus a differential, correlation with the history, flagged urgent findings and measurements to verify.
- A summary for the patient. A plain-language page explaining what the scan shows, what it may mean, likely next steps and questions to bring to the next appointment, ready to print.
- Built for teams. Organization accounts with administrator-managed roles, an image library with a slice-scrolling viewer and an audit log. Each organization's patient data is kept separate from every other organization's.
- Privacy first. DICOM files open in the browser, and patient identifiers are stripped before anything is sent for analysis.
Decision support, not a diagnosis
PhotonMagnet is clinical decision support and education software. It does not diagnose, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician: every report is a draft for a clinician to review.
