Jean-Paul Industries Launches EvictWeb, a Step-by-Step Eviction Resource for Landlords and Tenants
Jean-Paul Industries, LLC has launched EvictWeb, an eviction resource that walks landlords and tenants through the process step by step. EvictWeb offers free guided wizards, print-ready notices and answers, official court forms filled in for the user, and court details for every county, in plain English and with no sign-up required to start.
For both sides of the lease
- Eviction Wizard: landlords answer six short questions and receive a dated checklist and a ready-to-serve notice to quit.
- Eviction Defense Wizard: tenants find their deadlines, review possible defenses and draft an answer to the complaint.
- Printable documents: Notice to Quit and Tenant Answer templates that fill themselves in and save as PDF.
- Court Forms Wizard: users answer a few questions and download their county's official summons and complaint forms, already filled in.
- Court details: clerk addresses and phone numbers for every county, searchable by ZIP code.
- Community forum: a place for landlords and tenants to ask questions and share experience.
National coverage
At launch, EvictWeb covers all 50 states and lists more than 3,200 county courts, with official county forms indexed for 12 states. Landlords, property managers and tenants can register for free to save their cases and documents.
EvictWeb provides general information, not legal advice. Eviction laws vary by state and change often, and users should consult an attorney or a legal aid organization about their situation.
