In 1997, Jean-Paul Industries developed GPACalc Plus, a calculation and analysis application to help college students maintain their class schedules, credits, and transcripts. Useful features of this application include the ability to determine required credits and grade averages for reaching a desired GPA, as well as the ability to create transcripts based on various class criteria. Other features include scheduling assistance, exam tracking, and calendar alarms.
