Jean-Paul Industries selectively chooses organizations that meet funding priorities and follow the following guidelines:

• Provides a significant and unique contribution to the community
• Located in an area served by Jean-Paul Industries or its employees
• Provides services and activities without regard to race, religion, creed, or sex
• Can demonstrate strong leadership, including proven financial administration

Jean-Paul Industries does not consider requests from the following types of organizations:

• Funding to for-profit organizations
• Funding to individuals
• Professional or semi-professional sports teams
• Fraternal, social, or denominational clubs
• Political parties
• Trade organizations
• Third-party fundraisers
• Professional solicitors

Please use the guidelines outlined below when submitting your request proposal for community support from Jean-Paul Industries. Jean-Paul Industries will notify the designated point of contact at your organization if accepted. To ensure careful review of your organization’s project, please provide a detailed, comprehensive proposal.

• Proposal requests should include information about your organization’s structure, focus, affiliations, financial status, and leadership
• List your primary contact information, including e-mail, phone numbers, website URL, and primary address
• Provide information about the type of request you are making (funding, sponsorship, volunteerism, participation, etc.), how and when you anticipate using the donation, geographic area served, population demographics targeted, etc.
• Provide details of your request
  • Project name
  • Project objectives
  • Action plan for project
  • Project duration
  • How you measure project success
  • How you plan to promote the project
  • Your total project budget
  • Other funding partners involved in the project
  • Contributions of other funding partners to date
  • Other successful completed projects, if any

Because of the large volume of requests we receive, multiple applications from the same organization may cause an application to be delayed or declined. Jean-Paul Industries recommends one request per organization within a 12-month period.
